Warning:  You will need to update your password on your smart phone immediately after you change your password.  If you do not do so the account will get locked out because the device tries repeatedly to download messages with the wrong password.  The smart device may simply say that it cannot connect.

iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad Devices

  1. Click Settings
  2. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  3. Choose Add Account
  4. Select Microsoft Exchange
  5. Fill in the following information:
    1. Email: Centenary Email Address
    3. Server:
    4. Username: Centenary Username (Not the full email address with at the end, just the username. If it does not work then try\username)
    5. Password: Your personal Centenary password
    6. If there is an option to Use SSL, it should be set to ON
    7. Choose the schedule option for Email Push
  6. Click Next
  7. If you are prompted with an error message saying “Unable to Verify Certificate” Press Accept
  8. Enter Server Name:
  9. Configure Sync Options
    1. These are the preference of the user: how long to store messages, which folders to redirect, etc.
  10. Select Done

Android Devices

  1. Click the Setup icon
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Accounts
  4. Select Add Account
  5. Select Corporate Sync or Microsoft Exchange
  6. Enter Full Centenary Email Address
  7. Enter Centenary email account Password
  8. Enter Domain:
  9. Username: Your Centenary username
  10. Select Next
  11. Add Server: type,
  12. Type an Account Name
  13. Click OK

Blackberry Devices

  1. Select the Blackberry Menu Button
  2. Choose Options
  3. Select Advanced Options
  4. Choose Enterprise Activation
  5. Type Full Exchange Email Address
  6. Enter your Centenary email account Password
  7. Type in Server Name:
  8. Press the Select button
  9. Choose the option to Activate
